This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made on the MyCycle website.

Returns and Replacements

We gladly accept returns and replacements for unused, unworn, and unwashed items within seven business days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged or defective.
  • The item is different from the one you ordered.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Initiate your return request within seven business days of receiving your order by calling us at +917046565969.
  2. Return Information: Provide your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and a picture of the product and invoice for reference.
  3. Return Shipment: We will arrange a pick-up within 2-4 business days. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after receiving the original packaging items with seals and labels intact.

Damaged/Defective Items or Wrong Items

  • We thoroughly inspect all items before shipment. However, you can request a replacement or full refund if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a full refund.

Returning Free Gifts

Gifts must be returned with the original product.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • We will process your cancellation and refund your money within 24-48 business hours.

After Shipment:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the courier attempts to deliver a canceled order.
  • Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will issue a refund within 24-48 business hours.
